When will my order arrive?
The total time to receive your package is dependent on where you live. The total delivery time is calculated: (2 Days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
Standard Delivery is via FedEx Ground.
West Coast - 1-3 business days
Midwest - 4-5 business days
East Coast – 5 business days
Southwest – 4 business days
Note: FedEx Ground does not deliver to homes on Mondays.
Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
No, orders do not ship on weekends or New Year's. FedEx only picks up Monday - Friday.
Where is my order? How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website or by phone, you'll be asked to provide your email address. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided.
How can I find out the status of my order?
The tracking number will be included in your shipping status email from FedEx.
Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address after the order has been placed.
Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?
We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the FedEx courier's discretion.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
At this time, we are unable to ship to Canada or overseas.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
